Hi, every1 im new to forums so i'm going be short and brief I have a simple 125cc pit bike (off road of course) i also have a fully road legal (non running 60 quid peace of crap) gillera dna 125cc what i was thinking could i contact the DVLA and change the gillera engine number to the pit bike one and after a few days swap the frame numbers and just wire up the pit bike for lights and ride it with the gillera number place could this be done??? any comments or ideas are welcome but reason being I wanna do it this way is because iv barely got £10 quid to waste so moneys tight. PLEASE ADVICE :ymhug:

What your asking to do is completely illegal.
You are never allowed to modify or swap the frame numbers in any way, the frame number will stay with the bike until and after its destruction.
If you want to get your pit bike road legal it will need lights (front/back), signal lights (front/back) and more stuff to get it trough the technical inspection.
Next to that the insurance and road taxes will need to be in order.
